Products description:
PVC coated welded wire mesh is welded with first galvanized and first hot plated wire, and then PVC or PE, PP powder is vulcanized and coated on its surface. It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, fade resistance, UV resistance, smooth and bright surface, beautiful appearance, generous appearance, solid and durable.
Process standard:
PVC plastic-coated welded wire mesh adopts advanced double-layer protection system, which can obtain very good adhesion. The coating is bright and full in color. This product fully complies with the requirements of ASTM F668-99a and ASTM Frame work F1063 and other standards, greatly improving the service life of PVC plastic-coated welded wire mesh, and also making up for the deficiency of galvanized welded wire mesh in decoration effect.
Applications:
PVC plastic-coated welded wire mesh is mainly used for supermarket shelves, indoor and outdoor decoration, poultry breeding, flower and wood fences, outdoor wall isolation of villas and residential areas, transportation, machinery protection industries, etc.
Colors: dark green, grass blue, black, red, white and yellow.
