- Plain Weave Mesh: Warp and weft wires cross alternately one over and one under. It provides uniform square openings, high open area, and excellent permeability, widely used for liquid, gas, and pulp filtration within conventional industrial mesh ranges.
- Twill Weave Mesh: Warp and weft wires cross two over and two under alternately. It allows heavier wire diameters at the same mesh count, delivering higher mesh strength, better abrasion resistance, and more stable aperture under pressure.
- Dutch Weave Mesh: Woven with coarse warp wires and fine weft wires, it achieves micron-level fine filtration while maintaining structural stability under high-pressure conditions.
Material Selection Is Critical
For general water treatment, food processing, and air filtration applications, T304 stainless steel is recommended. For working conditions involving acid, alkali, or chloride corrosion—such as chemical production lines, marine equipment, and pharmaceutical API process pipelines—T316 and 316L grades are preferred. All stainless steel raw materials we use feature wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance, delivering a much longer service life than polymer filter screens in harsh operating environments.
