Description of stainless steel sintered mesh round for filter plate
For ballast water treatment in marine vessels, a millilayer sintered mesh screen is more important in this application. A mesh screen is installed in the automatic self-cleaning filter. We are only the manufacturer of the multilayer sintered mesh used in BWT applications. We have more than 12 years of experience in producing sintered mesh screens. We have passed ISO certification in 2008.
For this application, we usually use a 4-micron sintered mesh structure of 40 microns or 50 microns. The first layer is a perforated plate. It has a large opening area. The second layer is the support mesh, the third layer is the filter layer, and the fourth layer is the support layer. This structure is only a C-type structure.
Currently, we can provide SS316L and some preservatives for seawater materials. Such as SS904L, Hastelloy C-276, Hastelloy C-22.
We can not only provide sintered mesh, but also provide sintered mesh boxes.
Feature of the sintered mesh as below :
High strength and durability.
The filter screen is not easily deformed due to its two protective layers.
It can be used for uniform filtration in high pressure or high viscosity environments.
Corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant.
The filter is rated for a wide range.
